108FIT Training program (FIT: Force - Intent - Tension)
The 108FIT program is a wholistic health & fitness program designed by Sifu Garry to take you from unfit to WBBM fit.
108FIT is designed as a program of self discovery, combining both Eastern & Western health & longevity exercises. The program is all about balance, and bringing a fresh, healthy change to your life. Physically, mentally and spiritually. The most important thing that 108FIT teaches is that wholistic fitness is all about focus on yourself.
108FIT is a 108 day challenge. 108 is a spiritual number and 108 repetitions of anything is going to get you results!
Workouts have three phases. First, the 108FIT workout - which uses nothing more complicated than your own body weight - to improve strength and flexibility. Second, Qi Walking, which is a meditative form of walking involving breathing exercises, will burn calories and improve cardio fitness. Then at the end of each session a seated deep breathing exercise called 6 Directional Breathing, which will focus the mind, relax the body and oxygenate the blood.
All 3 together make a complete, potent and energizing workout, during which you focus on one thing only.....YOURSELF!
